Florida Middle District Denies TRO/Injunction in Navy SEAL 1 vs Biden

Today, Judge Merryday denied requests for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction on the executive orders issued by President Biden that require vaccination of federal employees and members of the armed forces.
